Cemak Enerji Production Inc. It was established with a 75,000 m² stock area and 20,000 m² production area, with 8 engineers, 12 technical personnel and many field personnel, in cooperation with Tokat Municipality, as a municipality's sewage sludge disposal facility, and also serves as a biomass energy power plant that produces electrical energy using agricultural and forestry waste.
Until June 13, 2024, it had an hourly 5 MW production license from the EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), and its annual capacity was 44,000 MW. After this date, it received an hourly 6.15 MW production license with the approval of the EPDK and increased its annual capacity to 54,000 MW. At the same time, it increased the number of households it provided electricity to from 20,000 households to 24,600 households.

Cemak Enerji Production Inc. aware that the world's energy demand is increasing and that traditional energy sources are not sustainable, it has started initiatives to establish GES (Solar Power Plant) other than biomass energy at several different points with the aim of continuing its investments in renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources. In this way, it aims to carry out R&D studies with its staff and to create value-added studies within itself.
